This Kraus STEDI-FLO™ Two-Way, Two-Mass Vibratory Feeder maximizes efficiency and uses a single electric vibrating drive motor. It is used to convey hot foundry shakeout sand from a single vibratory conveyor two different directions, as required, to one of two other vibratory feeders. Also included was a heated and fully insulated feeder deck to prevent the hot and sometimes sticky shakeout sand from sticking to the feeder. In addition, a counterbalanced base is used to isolate the counteracting forces of the feeder.
