The G-Force™ Magnetic Separator by Kraus Vibratory Equipment was designed for magnetically separating fugitive metal particles from almost any dry bulk granular product, such as the removal of plastic pellets which may contain metallic particles. This particular model has the ability to operate continuously and contains multiple magnetic rods with automatic wipers to continually keep them clean of magnetic particles. The product flows through the separator using the Kraus brute force vibrating feeder technology to provide a smooth even fl ow of material over numerous magnetic rods. The magnetic particles are periodically discharged on both sides of the separator and the magnetic free particles discharge in the center. All material contact surfaces are fabricated of 304 stainless steel and the vibratory feeding section utilizes two vibratory motors.
